We primarily serve customers within the Camp Hill, Pennsylvania area for in-store purchases. However, for online purchases, we offer shipping services within the contiguous United States.

2. Processing Time:

a. In-Store Purchases: Products purchased in our 5 physical stores in Pennsylvania, can be taken home immediately, provided they are in stock.

b. Online Purchases: Orders placed through our website will be processed within 5-7 business days, subject to product availability. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

3. Shipping Methods:

a. In-Store Pickup: For customers who choose to purchase online and wish to pick up their products in-store, you may select the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your items.

b. Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for online orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. The delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery of your package.

a. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
